All construction engagements are governed by a separate written contract signed between AJ Construction and the client. That contract will specify:
In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed construction contract, the signed contract takes precedence.
Our quoted price is fixed at contract signing, subject to the scope, materials and specifications defined in the BoQ. Any client-requested change in scope, material specification or design will be priced in writing and requires your written approval before execution.
Force-majeure events (government policy changes, natural calamities, extreme market disruption on core materials) are governed by the relevant clause in your signed construction contract.
AJ Construction provides the following warranties on completed construction projects, subject to the terms of your signed contract:
Warranty is void if alterations are made by third-party contractors to structural or waterproofed elements without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ Construction's liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the total contract value paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of rent, loss of business opportunity or loss of data.
