Can we live in the house during renovation?

For partial renovations, yes — we zone the site with hoarding and work section by section. For full remodels it's usually faster and safer to vacate.

Do you handle structural strengthening?

Yes — jacketing columns, adding rafts and reinforcing slabs are core to our extension work, always with a certified structural engineer's design.
