Do you take on design-only engagements?

Yes — we're happy to deliver drawings and step away if you have your own contractor. Our fee is scoped against GFC-level documentation.

How many design revisions are included?

Two concept revisions at the mood-board stage and one plan revision per stage thereafter are included. Additional revisions are hourly.
