A standard 200–300 sq.yd. villa takes 10 to 14 months from soil testing to handover. We share a weekly progress report with photos so you always know what stage we are at.
Do you handle approvals and drawings?+
Yes. Our in-house team handles structural and architectural drawings, soil testing, GNIDA / UPSIDA submissions, and all on-site coordination — you only need to own the land.

Every home comes with a 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on finishes, plumbing and electricals. We also do a free 6-month post-handover inspection.
